    Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic illness associated with high morbidity & mortality, with a rising number of patients with hypertension and chronic kidney disease, achieving blood pressure of less than 140/90 mm of Hg is challenging. Hence, there is a need for appropriate, safe, effective and economical study to find out the patterns of drug therapy. Objectives: To evaluate utilization patterns of antihypertensive agents in chronic kidney disease patients. Methodology: A prospective observational study was conducted for a period of 6 months in Jayanagar General Hospital, Bengaluru. We included 70 hypertensive CKD patients.
